Silver Sneakers Stability: Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints, all in a fun social setting. This class is designed to help prevent falls.


Silver Sneakers Classic: Increase muscle strength and range of motion, and improve activities for daily living. You'll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. All exercises can be modified for your fitness level.


Chair Yoga: Move though seated and standig yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels.


Morning Mobility: This is a 30 minute class that includes a stretching routine and some balance and stability work.


Circuit City: This is a 45 minute class starting with a warm up, followed by a 30 minute circuit consisting of 6 to 10 higher intensity exercises for 3 continuous rounds.
