To keep classes organized and coach-led, each class is limited to 10 participants.

No. You do not need to have a gym membership to join a class. You will still need to create a WellnessLiving profile and sign our paperwork at the gym.
Just bring yourself, and we will take care of everything else.
There is a 2-hour cancellation window for classes.
